Partner Bob Langdon today received the St. Thomas Aquinas Award from the Catholic Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph. Community leaders were honored for the commitment to Catholic education at the Bright Futures Fund “School Bell Breakfast,” which was held at Arrowhead Stadium.
Two other Aquinas Awards were also given, one to educator Ramonda Doakes, and one to the couple of Mike and Millie Brown, for their leadership and their collaboration with the Brown Family Charitable Foundation – KC. The Bright Futures Fund aims to “build new foundations of education and faith by helping students in need receive a Catholic education.
Bob and his wife Margie have raised their Parkville, Mo., family in the Catholic faith and have been active in their local parish. Bob most recently received the Missouri Power 30 award, which recognizes the state’s 30 top attorneys in various practice areas.
