Langdon & Emison was pleased to host the University of Missouri-Kansas City Hispanic Law Student Association (UMKC HLSA) at a Missouri Mavericks game Jan. 27, 2017, at the Silverstein Eye Centers Arena.
L&E attorneys Brennan Delaney and Cory Atkins enjoyed hosting the students for an evening of networking and good company. Board members of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Greater Kansas City were also in attendance.
The event marked the second consecutive year Langdon & Emison has hosted the UMKC HLSA. The firm and its attorneys routinely support the UMKC School of Law and its student organizations by sponsoring and attending events; giving presentations in classes and student meetings; and by donating to law school initiatives that support academic and student development initiatives.
Several Langdon & Emison attorneys are proud alumnus of the UMKC School of Law, including partners J. Kent Emison and Michael Manners and attorneys Lindsey Scarcello, Brennan Delaney and Cory Atkins.
