Langdon & Emison associate Brennan Delaney has been awarded with a Top 10 Under 40 Attorney distinction. The award is administered by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys, and honors the top ten personal injury attorneys in each state under the age of 40. Brennan was selected as one of the top 10 in the state of Missouri, based on his work in defective product and wrongful death lawsuits.
NAOPIA was established in 2013 with the primary goal of discovering and recognizing the top personal injury attorneys in their respective regions. The attorneys who make this list are first nominated by an attorney in that state, and then the Selection Committee and Board of Governors approves the slate of candidates for the top 10 in each state.
Prior to practicing at Langdon & Emison and the firm of Douthit Frets, Brennan spent four years serving as a law clerk: two years for the Hon. Zel M. Fischer of the Supreme Court of Missouri and two years for the Hon. Michael W. Manners of the Sixteenth Circuit of Jackson County. He is a graduate of the Elwood L. Thomas Inn of Court (2012) and the Ross T. Roberts Trial Academy (2010). He also completed the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association’s (KCMBA) Bar Leadership Academy in 2011. Brennan is a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and KCMBA and serves on the Missouri Solo and Small Firm Committee.
Brennan earned his juris doctorate from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law where he graduated cum laude in 2008 and was a member of Law Review. Prior to law school, Brennan graduated magna cum laude from Truman State University with Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
