Danielle Rogers
Danielle is an experienced and dedicated attorney fully adept at negotiation and litigation. In her previous practice as a solo practitioner she focused on criminal, domestic, probate and civil matters. This brought her a wealth of experience helping people in a wide variety of areas, and brought her trial experience in the form of both jury and judge tried cases. A fierce advocate for the trial-by-jury system, Danielle has been recognized by Missouri Lawyers Weekly and National Trial Lawyers as a top young practitioner within the field of civil litigation for plaintiffs.
Danielle has served as both the municipal prosecuting attorney of Wellington, Mo., and the municipal public defender for Richmond, Mo. From 2011-2014 she served Ray County, Mo., as the elected prosecuting attorney, where she tried 9 felony jury trials.
At previous law firms as a young associate, Danielle assisted in toxic tort cases. She assisted in vaccine injury and mass tort pharmaceutical claims, and was responsible for preparing discovery responses, reviewing records and other discoverable documents.
Danielle is an active member of local bar associations and is involved in the Richmond Rotary Club and the Richmond Education Foundation. She is a proud alum of the Central Missouri State University (now the University of Central Missouri) in Warrensburg, Mo.
