Langdon & Emison attorneys Brett Emison, Kent Emison, Bob Langdon and Mike Manners have all been named again to the annual directory of Best Lawyers in America. The 2017 edition will feature each of them in the category of product liability litigation.
Bob is one of the few personal injury lawyers to be named in the category of product liability as well as railroad litigation for plaintiffs. Kent has also been tabbed as one of the top personal injury litigation practitioners by the publication.
Brett focuses on catastrophic injury and death as well as class action and other complex tort cases, including auto product defects, dangerous drugs and defective medical devices, and other cases. Mike Manners returns to the Best Lawyer roster in two categories – product liability litigation and personal injury litigation for plaintiffs. As a trial attorney, Mike was previously honored as a Best Lawyer before joining the bench as a Circuit Court judge in 2000.
Best Lawyers is the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession. The 2017 edition will come out later this year and is determined by a peer-review process of both defense and plaintiff’s attorneys.
