The Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Foundation will host its annual Liberty & Justice gala on September 21, 2024. Langdon & Emison is again a presenting sponsor of this year’s gala.
The annual KCMBF Liberty & Justice Gala is the primary fundraising event in support of the KCMBF and its Legal Connection programs. Those programs include the Domestic Violence Alliance, Military Matters, and Student Law Academy. Langdon & Emison has supported each one of those programs. The gala will honor the great volunteer work performed by lawyers in the local community.
During the Gala, the Jack L. Campbell Legacy Award is given in recognition of the recipient’s dedication to the principles of liberty and justice through exemplary professional, civic, and community service. This year’s award-winner is Hon. Ann Mesle.
