Kent Emison and Scott Bethune, “Deposing the Expert Witness.”
The Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys‘ annual convention wrapped up last week, with CLE presentations from our attorneys being a key part of the substantive sessions. This year’s conference was at Lake of the Ozarks, where trial attorneys from throughout the state were treated to CLE presentations, awards presentations, and networking.
“Update on the Law” was presented by Michael W. Manners, along with Stephen Ringkamp, Joan Lockwood, Ronald Holliger, and Paul Redfearn. “Preparing for Critical Depositions that Will Win Your Case,” was led by Kent Emison and Scott Bethune. And “What Would You Do?,” an ethics presentation from the New Lawyers Division, was chaired by Brennan Delaney, along with Chris Dandurand, Mike Campbell and Blake Markus.
