Case Example
An 18 year-old man, Denton Ward, was beaten to death in the parking lot of a McDonald’s restaurant located across from the Texas A&M campus in College Station, Tex. The McDonald’s had a history of hosting large groups of people in the late-night and early-morning hours, particularly after concerts, festivals and other area events.
